Any thoughts,concern or change ups,feel free:up:

Oh yea,if you like it,don't be shy to give a thanks:hi5:

Does Law come with a wheelchair?

replace Law with Gibril Wilson and I can live with it.

I think Adams is the key. That move alone improves 2 positions & protecting Beck is essential.

I would like to see Julius Jones added to for insurance on Ronnie. Sorry Ricky time to say good bye.

Wilford seems like a good move too.

No way to Asante. $10m a year for a CB for the worst team in football last year? No

Draft, draft, draft.

Also I will take Volek.

It will be interesting to see who we sign because of it directly effecting who we'd draft 1st overall. F.Adams=No J.Long / C.Pace=No V.Gholston or even no S.Crable later.

True.

But I think signing Adams is just plain solid. This also allows you to take Chris Long 1st if we cannot trade the pick. I have heard that the draft is deep in OT's so you grab a guy to develop under Adams later.

1. Flozell Adams
2. Justin Smiley
3. Calvin Pace
4. Bernard Berrian
5. Ben Troupe

I agree with the "draft draft draft" theory, but we need a lot of players with everyone we cut and those actually look realistic. I am not big on Ty law. He isn't as good as he used to be. Lets face it, 33 isn't exactly a spring chicken. He did have an excellent year for the Jets in 05 though.

I am not against adding many FA's but not the big names that will break the bank. Adams is a priority in the development of a possible mainstay QB as is a good running game, meaning Jones as insurance.

you do know there is a report telling that Berrian wants $10M a year right???

if we have to give $10M a year to someone liek Berrian,we might as well go get Samuel or Faneca

Justin Smiley is tops on my wish list as of right now. He's good, young, fits the system, and a nasty dude. He's definitely going to get paid, but it won't be Flozell money. Beyond that, I like Jake long as our LT of the future way more than F. Adams.

Bryant Johnson at the right price is appealing to me. I think he's a pretty good player. Who wouldn't get lost behind Boldin and Fitzgerald, especially whn you don't have a high quality QB. I wouldn't mind a guy like Wilford being brought in for depth either. He put together a good streak of games 2 season ago (i think it was 2, maybe 3) and I thought he'd be much better this year than he was.

Ty Law is fine, but only if it's as a stop gap for a year or 2 w/ a low signing bonus. He's slowed down alot, but he still can produce enough to start in our secondary. Wilson is another db to look at, but again, I'm not going to get into a bidding war on him. Just a reasonable 2-3 deal to see what he's got.

we ned to go get (IMO)
1:Adams OT
2:Bryant WR
3:Wilfork WR
4:pace OLB
5:draft DE
6:draft CB
7:draft OT
8:draft DT
9:draft (another) CB

Haha... I want $10M a year too. He has no chance. Moss is maybe getting $10 million a year. Berrian is a good player, but not great. He's going to get you close to 1000 yards and a half dozen td's. Maybe if he didn't drop 3 ez balls a game he'd have the numbers to warrant that kind of deal.
