First time I have ever posted a viewable mock draft. Considering the things I've said about other peoples mocks I thought I'd post one and get myself panned as well. My mock has two trades and is more of a reflection of what I hope happens then what I think will actually happen...it's HEAVY on defense which is the way I think we chould go...

 • Round 1 (#5 acquired from Tampa Bay in exchange for #2) - Ronnie Brown, RB, Auburn
 • Round 2 (#36 acquired from Tampa Bay in exchange for #2) – Luis Castillo, DT, Northwestern
 • Round 2 ( #46 acquired from Kansas City in exchange for Pat Surtain) – Josh Bullocks, S, Nebraska
 • Round 3 (#70 from Chicago for Wally Ogunleye in '04) – Corey Webster, CB, L.S.U.
 • Round 3 (#91 acquired from Tampa Bay in exchange for #2) – David Greene, Q.B., Georgia
 • Round 4 (#104) – Rian Wallace, OLB, Temple
 • Round 5 (#138) – Roscoe Parrish, W.R., Miami (Fla.)
 • Round 7 (#216) - Eric Oliver, S., Ole Miss.

I think it's pretty good, I just don't think the Bears will chose Benson over Brown.

That's a great mock but I think Roscoe will be gone by the 5th.

It's the final week before the draft, I'm getting so freakin' antsy!!!! I might have to post my own damn mock soon!!

I love it, great job! Just a couple of comments, I think we would have to take Bullocks at 36 and Castillo at 46 just to play it safe because I know there's talk both Detroit or Dallas would want Bullocks and I think they pick something like 43 and 44.

The 3rd round picks are spot on if you ask me.

I don't really see Roscoe lasting all the way until the 5th, I'd be surprised if he fell to the 4th quite honestly but regardless I think that will be the pick that we will use on a WR.

In the 7th I would like to see us take P Matt Payne. Turk is going to be 37 once the season starts and is costing us over a million against our cap. Payne will cost a lot less and has a lot more football left in him and has the talent to start right away. I think if you can find a starter in the 7th round you've got some great value.

I like Roscoe but like 4U2NV would be suprised to see him on day 2.

It's a good mock.. just with guys that I don't have a personal preference foor.

Not bad! I don't think Parrish will last that long, but not bad at all!

i agree, i dont think Parrish will last that long. Its a nice way to go if were hording up our defense again. but i really hope we take an offensive turn this time. even though Saban is Def minded id like to see a potent offense and the Fins be able to put up over 20 pts a game without a defensive touchdown. Watching their struggling offense in the recent past has made my stomache turn.

PLEASE GO OFFENSE!
