I would love to get Quinn in the first round as well and your second round is decent, but most of your other picks will be long gone. Khalil is a borderline first/early second rounder and definitely will be gone by the third. McCauley and Bennett are both second round prospects and definitely will be gone by the fourth. Bazuin won't last until the sixth either. And there is no way that Pos would be worth our first round pick. I understand that this is your "dream" draft so keep dreaming.

That would be very good. Problem is, Stanton will be gone before the second, Kalil will be gone before the third, and McCaulley will be gone before the fourth.

Exactly. Posluszny might still be there when we pick in the 2nd. If not, then Siler or Davis might be. After that, I'd hope for Rufus Alexander in the 3rd or Juwan Simpson in the 4th.

If we take Quinn in the 1st, then we aren't taking Stanton or Edwards in the 2nd. That frees us up to take the best player available. Kalil is the least likely to fall. Poz is the most likely.

Other 2nd round candidates are:

WR Sidney Rice
WR Robert Meachem
WR Anthony Gonzalez (most likely WR to be available)

One of these CBs will be there:

CB Chris Houston
CB Aaron Ross
CB Daymeion Hughes
CB Darrelle Revis

DE Anthony Spencer is also a possibility if he falls.

Agree with Everett. He is most likely a 3rd rounder. And so is Bennett. Also, some scouts have McCauley going the 1st, so there's no way he'll be there in the 4th.

If we take Quinn in the 1st, LT Ryan Harris could be a steal in the 3rd. While scouts are divided on Harris, Charlie Weis believes Harris is more than capable of being a LT in the NFL.

If Harris is off the board, Dan Bazuin would be a solid pick here. Other guys I like in the 3rd:

K Mason Crosby, Colorado (if he's still on the board)
CB Fred Bennett, South Carolina
CB Eric Wright, UNLV
WR Craig Davis, LSU
WR Jason Hill, Washington St.
DE Lamarr Woodley, Michigan (if he's still on the board)
DE Jay Moore, Nebraska

The 4th round is where we get our Center. Whichever one of these guys is still on the board:

Samson Satale, Hawaii
Doug Datish, Ohio State
Dustin Fry, Clemson
Kyle Young, Fresno State
Leroy Harris, NC State
Dan Mozes, WVU

Then, hopefully, K Justin Medlock is still on the board in the 6th. If he is, that's a no-brainer. He's easily an upgrade over Mare and less money, too.

If Medlock is gone, then I'd look at CBs David Irons or S Josh Gattis if they're still available. Does anybody know when FB Jason Snelling is expected to go?

I don't think Bain will be there in the 7th. CB Tim Mixon might be, though. Some scouts said he was better Daymeion Hughes before he was injured.
