Get rid of them all ASAP. I mean like by Friday, since we can't get everything in place on a short week. But after we get annihilated on Thursday night, clean house. Fire Ireland, Philbin, all the coaches. Trade or cut all the players. Even the ones that play well, because they still have the stench, the infection of this disease of an organization.

This franchise has become a freaking sick joke. We invent ways to lose and to be the laughingstock of the NFL. With all the resources we have, to put this crap on the field, coming out flat against the horrible Bills after a bye week, then imploding and turning a 14-point lead into a three-point deficit in less than a quarter. This is embarrassing. Freaking bunch of losers.

I wouldn't even know if they were tanking the season the rest of the way because it's looked like they've been tanking it since the second quarter of the Saints game. Losers. Freaking joke.

Ireland ... I don't even know where to start with him. Just totally inept. The only thing he does well is sign street free agents who overachieve. Almost every draft pick and free agent signing he's made has underachieved for what we used to acquire them. Why keep Patterson? He plays OK but he's made of freaking glass! He can't stay on the field. He does no good when he's always with the trainer. Should have kept Carpenter, too. Draft a kicker that high when we don't have linemen. Carpenter = Sturgis.

Philbin ... this is the problem. No fire. Team often takes on the personality of its coach. This team looks like him. Freaking emotionless statue. I swear, he looks like something out of some ridiculous cartoon. The team looks like a disorganized high school mess of a team way too often. And here's the bigger problem: Always be skeptical about a guy that hires his friends. He brings Sherman about to be with Tannehill. Too much familiarity. Too close. The system is a quick fix, gimmick system that's been exposed. Hire the best people. Draft the best people. Don't just bring in your buddies, you loser.

Tannehill ... he doesn't have it. He has athletic ability and the arm. So did Jeff George, Ryan Leaf and JaMarcus Russell. OK, he's not as bad as those guys. But he was a reach because the organization fell victim to perception and wanted to make a splash by drafting a QB high. Congratulations. You overdrafted a kid who is in waaaaay over his head and will never be more than average. There's no learning curve here. He was brought in to run an offense he knew! He's not accurate enough. He doesn't have pocket presence and when the game was slipping away he panicked. Plus he can't hold onto the freaking ball.

Wallace ... I've given you the benefit of the doubt before today. You want the ball. GET OPEN AND CATCH THE FREAKING BALL! Otherwise, stop pouting and shut up.

Defense ... way too much talent to play like this. Some great linemen who play great until the going gets tough. Then they disappear. Bunch of lousy frontrunners.

Ross, I haven't forgotten you. Throw yourself out with the rest of the garbage. You stink. I am sick of seeing you anywhere near my favorite sports team. Scarecrow. You know nothing about running a professional sports team, so please sell mine to someone, ANYONE, and let me forget you ever existed.

Bunch of freaking jokes ruining my day again and again and again. At least I know not to get my hopes up for anything with this team as long as these clowns are involved. The freaking Keystone Kops. The only bright side is we are one day nearer to seeing these guys gone, and if it continues this way we'll be starting over sooner than 2015.

No heart, pounds my chest, No fokking pride, no anger... Fire everyone , trade away everyone except dion Jordan. This is a joke

Love it, getting rid and cleaning house every 2 years will make this franchise more of a joke than any team in the NFL.

This season isn't getting turned around. This season is in a freefall.

And this will help turn the season around how exactly?

The season is over....sigh. Come on man. You do not go into the playoffs when the only thing your QB does consistently is turn the ball over and the coaching staff sucks balls. Season is over man.

You think keeping this is a step up? God love ya. I think our fans deserve better than this mess, and if you can't vent after a game like this, it just shows how low your expectations have dropped. And that, my friend, is the saddest thing of all.

I'm upset with these losses as much as the next fan. But you can't keep the revolving door of coaches and players every 2 years going. It's not like Philbin was handed a team he could step into and become great. He was handed a team built by Sparano and Parcells the past 5 years. I wasn't high on the Philbin signing in the beginning I was actually hoping it would've been one of the Grudens or McCoy, but I've grown to see he has a plan, what that plan is remains to be seen when he fully implements the types of players he needs to run his offense and that IMO can take up to 3-4 years to see results.

If things don't work, you've got to change course. You have to make bold moves. Let me ask you, what can you honestly say you've seen about this team that gives you any realistic sense that it is going in the right direction? How is it better than it was in Sparano's first two years, for instance?

You can't just say "Well, I HAVE to give it three years or else we look like we don't know what we're doing." Guess what? We already do! We're trying to end that. I am not keeping around this fiasco just because people think it makes us look bad to change.

The fact that so many fans are willing to excuse, support and pay for this mediocre product speaks volumes. It also speaks for how great the organization could become again with some proper management.

I just don't think getting rid of everyone solves anything. We don't have the cap room to cut every player except Dion Jordan, and still field a team. And, having a team with players gives us a better chance to win than having a team with no players. I never said anything about the playoffs, and I'm as pissed as anyone, but this particular course of action is but a complete overreaction. Let season finish out and if changes need to be made, do it.

I'm as pissed as anyone

Obviously not as much as me!

Ross can take his fancy new logo and new uniforms and stick them! And then get out of town!
