2009 54Dolfan9923 Final Mock Draft

1. Everette Brown

A scary pass rusher. He was once a projected top 10 pick and slid because of one thing. He's 6'1 and not 6'4. Stupid. He proved against good competition that he has a motor. He never quits and even runs down RB on the opposite side. This prospect is to good for BP to pass on.

2. Hakeem Nicks

A great route runner with good hands. He will probably slide here because he doesnt have top end speed. Crabtree, Macklin are above him and DHB, Robiskie, and Britt are ahead of him on other boards. He can be a good possesion receiver opposite Ginn. How happy will Penny and Henne be when they have Nicks and Ginn out wide, and Bess and Cam in the slot?

2b. Ron Brace

A NT to build around. This year him and Ferg can split time and he can learn some more moves. This can solidify the middle of our D, allowing Channing (who just got locked up) and Adoyle to roam and make tackles.

3. Jasper Brinkly

A ILB that minus the off field stuff, is a first day pick. He can compliment Channing and Bang in the middle. This is a LB heavy draft and we took advantage.

4. Javon Ringer

Bill loves pick physical RB's, and this guy is one. His 40 hurt him but the Trifecta loves college production and he had great production. He can compliment Brown(expiring contract) Williams(ageing) and Cobbs (not a real #1)

5. Augustus Parrish

OT depth that can play behind Carey and Long. O line depth is never bad and this guy will provide it.

6. Curtis Taylor

With Renaldo Hills departure, some safety help is needed. He can back up Bell and Wilson and provide special teams play.

7. Roger Allan

Boomer talked about him in Draft Winds. A small school prospect, he had over 200 knockdowns his senior year. Enough said.

7b. Tony Carter

All ACC second team member at corner. Not bad selection here. His man-to-man in college with no safety help will help him here.

Alright thats the final one before the draft

What do you guys think?

I like it but for Javon Ringer or any running back to make the team they will have to beat out Cobbs, and they just sign Cobbs for more years last year so they won't be drafting a RB other then to hide them on the PS and they tried that last year and they got burned. So i don't see it.

I like the top 3 for sure...I'd rather have Englsih at 25 tho

Ozzy rules!!

The first three would be very nice but not picking a CB until the 7th is suicide.

No way Nicks will last that long. I would love those picks though

Your dreaming with some of these.

Everette will probably be there, but Hicks and Brace are both going much higher. If Brace really can play NT, he might even go first round.
