The truth is we don't have much salary cap room to make impact signings. We have $18M, which sounds like a lot, but ranks only 20th among the rest of the teams. By the team we get done re-signing our restricted free agents, including Bell, Welker, and Lemon, we'll probably have less than $10M with which to work with. And some of that will be ticketed to try and keep Vonnie Holliday and David Bowens.
