Clutch play. Makes up for his penalty that negated the Grant td.
 
I had a feeling all game that someone would return a K/O or Punt for a Touchdown. Not sure why, but it just felt like it. And low and behold Drake takes one back 96 yards. I popped an extra Corona Light after that.
 
He might get special teams player for the week...seeing as how everyone will forget he got the penalty on Grants punt return for a TD.
 
Yep, but the previous Grant return surely tired those guys out, so he gets an assist in my book. But another major play was the Zone shift by Phillips into the passing lane for an INT that Fitzpatrick never saw coming. Perfect play call by Joseph and great catch and run by Phillips. It's a real shame we didn't turn that into 7 points though.
 
Not bad for a guy a lot of people didn't want. He kept us in this season.
 
What has impressed me about the team since they have put together a few wins is that when they do make mistakes, those mistakes don't appear to have the affect of making the team lose focus on the goal of getting the win. They keep playing hard and find a way to get it done! Heart!
 
This would be my second choice for hero of the day. He had a GREAT game!

Its time for Gase to use more Drake and Grant on offense
 
Awesome play!!!!! ....But please don't jump on the guy after he scores, he gets hurt too easy! =)

Hard to justify Drake getting a lot more with the way that Jay and even Damien Williams are playing. I would definitely like to see more of Jakeem though. I have a feeling that more of him is coming at a time when we we'll need it the most...
 
I'm still trying to find the illegal block on the Grant return. I'm not saying it didn't happen, but I've looked at the play several times and can't find it.
