1st- Marcus Spears (trade with chargers for their two firsts and a 2)
1st- Darryl Blackstock solid linebacker perfect for 3-4 excelent in coverage
2nd- Ernest Shazor hard hitting ss who can also cover well
3rd- marion barber could be the biggest sleeper in the draft with the skills to be a dominant star at the next level
4th-Andrew Walters (could have been the pontential 3rd QB taken in this draft but surgery will cause him to fall has the best arm of all qbs but lacks mobility
5th- DT Ronald Fields, Mississippi State
6th-WR J.R. Russell, Louisville
7th-BPA

Tell me wat you guys think i think it could be reasonable if the chargers decide they really want edwards or williams

1) Don't care for the first round picks.
2) Shazor is ok by me, but IMO we need a FS not a SS. Maybe Josh Bullocks instead
3) I like Barber, no problem drafting him
4) Forgot about Walters. I dunno about this pick, but I won't argue.
5) I forget where Fields is projected to go, but I think it's earlier. I do want to get him though.
6) We don't have a 6th, and I think Russell will go earlier

I also doubt SD would trade us two 1sts and a 2nd. Maybe 2 1sts and a 4th- 6th.

not too bad though.

Pretty good mock you got there. But i think we might go with an OL with one of our 1st rounder.

yea thats possible but i figured saban would wanna solidify and bring youth to the defense being a defensive specialist he is

I like it. If that's how it went down I'd be one happy Dolfan.

Blackstock would be the perfect LB for a 3-4. Nobody is saying much about him but that kid can play.

I just hope we can trade with somone to pick up some extra picks.

Shazor is a good all around safety. He's a 3rd round pick after his horrible 40 (4.7+). Kiper thinks he's a 4th, but I say he finds a home in the 3rd.

Barber is likely a 2nd round pick, probably the 4th RB off the board.

David Greene > Walters.

Fields is a 3rd round pick.

David Greene > Walters.
In terms of college success yes. In terms of pro potential, no. But I think if we draft a QB it should be a later round guy.

Are you joking? Walters has more pro potential? David Greene is loaded with intangibles, very accurate and moves well in the pocket. Things Walter wishes he had... and if he did, he would be a 1st round pick.

Actually, Walters moves fine in the pocket and will pick a defense apart.

what I mean by pro potential is he is more physically gifted than Greene. I think both will be good pros, but JMO. People forget Walters was rated higher than Rivers and Losman at the end of last year.

We have a rare opportunity to put some talent in our offense, I dont think we should have a defensive draft.

Walters > than anyone else on this draft biggest, strongest, strongest arm, smartest, most dedicated. His only knocks are mobility and the injury. IF HEALTHY Walters can beat out anyone on this draft.

I like it for the most part but I really don't think Barber will last til the 3rd round. Early to mid 2nd is my guess. His stock is rising fast.
