The game with all the talk this week, negative talk, Thill came to play today! The way we have seen the Fins respond in situations like this it could have totally went the other way, but this time it didn't! Give credit, he and the whole team showed up.
When Ryan does get protection he destroys you. Which leads me to worry he may be one of those QBs who can't handle too much pressure. He was confident today and the game was extremely slow for him. One thing is clear.....give Thill a lot of time.
What is wrong with the raiders, leaving Carr out there like that? That's why they are a worse organization than us throughout. He didn't even get a hand from his guys on the field, had to limp off by himself. That team was so beaten down at that point.
I hope we don't overlook one thing in this game, I am still worried about this defense. I know I know they played great, but I'm really concerned about them against Chicago type offenses and we play that whole division this year. This year is a real challenge.
Although I would have liked to have seen a little more Lamar especially late in the game, I loved that the fins stuck with what worked, passing the ball to everyone, they were relentless in this game.
Look at what happens when Thill uses his athletics , I wonder if Joe just said play your game kid and leave it on the field. Why did it have to come to this? It gave our offense another dimension and it kept the raider D guessing. Some things perplex me about the decisions made by our coaches.
I don't know, this game already means nothing right now because in two weeks we have GB at home. Will the real Miami Dolphins please stand up.
