I know we have 1 game left and i want to kill the pats sunday but lets talk about our offseason, here is my perfect offseason.

1. quit the trade ricky talk, he needs to stay here we need 2 backs. keep frerotte he knows the system and can teach a young guy, take away all the drops and his qb rating would be alot better. now that we have that out of the way lets talk about cuts, free agents and the draft.

1)cuts:1.zgonina 2. booker(only if we can get an upgrade) 3.howard 4.t.jones 5.seau 6.traylor(only if we can get an upgrade)7.mcdougle

2)freeagents: 1.sam adams(if he is cut) 2.A top wr, t.o, reggie wayne, or plax. 3. lecharles bentley 4. julian peterson

3)draft: 1st:jay cutler 2nd:trueblood or best LT available 3rd:skyler green 4th:jason allen. 5th pat watkins
 
While I'm fine keeping GUs, his QB rating would only be a little bit higher w/o the drops.

Your cuts are fine, but won't find an upgrade of traylor for right price. Just gotta hope Manny and Vickerson will fill the role, which I think they will.

T Owens? Cmon, please cut the crap. He's a friggin cancer. He ruins franchises. We don't need him. Puhleeze jump off his friggin bandwagon. Everytime I see someone post that , their post loses ALL credibility.

a couple things.

1.Don't cut Booker. He's been a good possession WR. We can still go after someone like Wayne, but we still need Booker.

2.McDougle is a FA

3.I'd only cut Jones if we get someone like Greg Blue or another top SS in the draft.

4.Plax signed a 7 year contract with NY.

5.I might change Bentley to Hutchinson.

6.Go after a cheap young CB that still has potential (like Will Allen)

otherwise it looks good

The problem I have with Booker is that if Chambers is getting the ball all the time, you need a player like what Peerless Price was to Moulds, a playmaker not a guy to merely move the chains. That way he can take advantage of the lesser passes he'll have thrown his way.

i like booker but if we can get an upgrade why not? booker will not be a 3rd wr. I would take bell over jones

the last time i checked number 84 has risen to the occasion so we dont need to break the bank on a WR...
