We can only dream up supid things like this but it is fun. First we need the Cowboys to sign Randy Moss. Then we trade our first and Jason Taylor for the Cowboys two 1st rounders 2nd and 3rd. The cowboys draft Mcfadden and with JT and Moss make a push to the dance. we then have

2 first
3 2nd
2 3rd

and some more cap room. Now don't start hitting the thread telling me that this is stupid, because it is my pipe dream and I can make it anyway I want:lol:

My completely unrealistic wet dream scenerio would be...

Trade the #1 to Atlanta for their #3, #37 and #48

Then I'd trade the #3 to Dallas for #22, #28 and Marion Barber

Then I'd trade Barber to the Lions for #15

Then I'd trade #22 to the Bills for #41, #71 and #72

Then I'd trade JT for a 2nd rounder (I'll use the 49ers at #39 as an example)

Giving us...

1st
#15
#28

2nd
#32
#37
#39
#41
#48
#57

3rd
#64
#71
#72

That's how they do it in Madden ;)

Well kindve...cept I wait till week 5 is over, then I see who has the worst record. I then proceed to trade my 1 for their 1, sometimes 2 and always 3 if not 2...and usually the computer will throw in the 4 as well.

In your scenario, you forgot to mention the part where we also pick up Deangelo Hall via the trade with the Atl.

I love your pipe dream 6 picks in three rounds. That will be hard to beat.

I do the same thing, plus I sign all the FA's that are left over at the beginning of the season to contracts w/out signing bonuses and trade them off as well. :woot:

No, in my scenerio Hall, Ocho, Pacman, Haynesworth and Henry were all put on a rocketship headed to the sun.

Oh....I didnt know that trick:(

...but I do know:rolleyes:

Actually, I think Hall is the ONLY one on your list that could possibly turn the attitude thing around....not that I would give up much for him, but.....I WOULD trade our 1 for the Falcons 1 and Hall..and maybe they also throw in their 4....

my new pipe dream is that this would be the most popular thread with the most post in the history of finheaven. This is the biggest pipe dream of all

Ummmm, I hate to break this to you but you are getting fleeced in your pipe dream. Dallas would need to surrender their 2 firsts, a 2nd and a 3rd to get our first pick alone. If we throw in Taylor they need to come up with another pick that they dont have. Maybe a 2nd next year.

And then... Indy trades us Manning for a 7th rounder.

And since youre dreaming NOW were talking. At least your dream scenerio we are getting equal value for our trades. This would be awesome. With a draft this deep you know how many gems we would get with Parcells picking!! Only I would keep Barber instead of trading him for a pick. And I would make Dallas throw a 3rd rounder in for that #3 overall pick.

The only problem with this scenerio(where we would wind up with enough weapons to win a bowl in a couple years) is we would just be short a QB. We would have to trade a couple of the picks for Anderson in order to win the bowl. Otherwise its all for not.

Well, seeing that this is the pipe dream thread........go ahead and talk about Matt Ryan and Derek Anderson all you want and i won't say a word.

REAL drafts

Our rivals the Patriots in 1982...1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 3, 3 same as your pipe dream

The 1991 Cowboys...1, 1, 1, 2, 3, 3, 3

The 2000 Jets had 4 #1's

you cant have that many picks in the first day of the draft

when all those rookie contracts expire your team would be in cap hell ;)
