We enter the draft with five picks. We leave with 14 rookies (seven first day picks!), and an extra second-round pick in 2006. Sounds like a dream draft to me...

I like the idea of trading down, but not the players you drafted. Defense first? no

I am sorry but...You must be single.... If not your hurting.... Hey...A+ for effort..:)

You know what's crazy? I like almost every damn pick he made. That's a badass draft. I've seen that trade rumor before and scoffed at the sight of it, but if we could land all those players i would do the trade. It's unlikely we would get them all though.

That was a good draft man. I would probably take Arrington over Shelton though.

A+

U want to hand the Eagles a stud RB (their only real weakness) for a bunch of crappy picks?

We should keep the pick and take Brown or Edwards!

they're gonna get a good RB anyway in a draft loaded with RB's

They wont get a Brown or a Benson in the 2nd-4th rounds!

A player like that will put them in the SB for the next 3 seasons!

What do we care? Its not like they will be knocking us out of the playoffs.

However, I don't care for this trade. We never get to pick this high. I don't want to move lower than 7th.

Man that type of draft would go a long ways toward improving our team. Thanks for the time you took to think all that out.
One thing I don't like is we're traded down too far to draft Merriman and he is my favorite player in this draft. Also IMO, you have Wallace valued too high, I'd rather get Marion Barber where you have Shelton and I'd rather we draft a center instead of Munoz, like maybe Jason Brown.

I'm sure it won't be too difficult to find 14 new rookies a roster spot or pay them all. Killer if that ever happend and everything fell into place, let's just say i'm not going to hold my breath on it exactly shaking out like that!

Thats a lot of mediocre players. Id rather keep the #2 than bring in a bunch of bench players and projects. Nobody in that draft excites me. Id take a franchise player over most or all of those picks combined.
