I for one am glad he chose the Rams.... his indecisiveness has shown me he HAS made the right choice for the Phins. He wants the best chance to win? Shows more bad decision making. Good luck indecisive loser!!!:chuckle::rolleyes2:

Agree 100%. I don't want Fisher making personnel decisions. If we can all be honest with ourselves, we would acknowledge that Ireland has made some good personnel moves ( both free agents and draft picks).

he has....every team picks busts. Just that miami's draft history looks worst to us fans than it does to other people.

Ireland came here as a new GM. Like anything else there is a learning curve. Ireland's drafts are getting better each year. I like the fact he's not afraid to make unglamorous choices like O-line. Coaches have no business making the final decision on personnel. A coach in charge of the draft doesn't work. The Steelers, Giants, Ravens just to name a few don't do it and never have. This Dolphins team is more talented than it's been in years. Last season our team totally underachieved and that's why Sparono is gone. If Fisher wanted the final decision on personnel then I'm glad he went to the Rams.

i am also glad he went to the rams, but for other reasons, irelands first draft without parcells isn't to bad, yea he has made some mistakes, comes with learning a new position, but he looks like he is on track to be a good GM

Totally agreed about our GM. Remember fatso the fish ran the 1st 2 or 3 drafts. The only thing I see he's done bad, was that whole “is your mother a whore” thing, but even that, was it really his fault? He kind of got caught in a media storm on that.
