I went to the Friday Morning Practice, idk if you guys care about my take, but here is one dolfan's opinion.

Cleo Lemon had some good throws, then he had some poor throws. His passes where either good or bad it seemed, no inbetween.

Joey Harrington seemed average, didn't do anything great but didn't do anything bad either.

Culpepper was throwing the ball great, he fit the ball in tough spots, had a wonderful bomb pass that he effortless threw 60 yards, i was very amazed.

The OL continues to get no holes for the running game in the scrimmages and doesn't protect the QB at all, idk if its because they suck, the DL is very good or maybe they aren't trying because its hard to just barely try for OL practice. To me it seems u gotta go all out and maybe they aren't trying that hard idk.

It sucked to see Travis Daniels and Will Poole riding around on the cart with injuries, they to me are the 2 guys with the most upside in the secondary(other then Allen). Taylor and Chambers both missed practice, so Welker got got to play with the first team.

I officially want to start the CUT Steve Heinrich banwagon, He had 3 throws thrown to him that i seen and all 3 were dropped.

Darian Barnes is a beast, in the last scrimmage he trucked Jack Hunt(i believe it was him). It deffiently woulda made sportscenter had it been a real game.

Also i was very unimpressed with the autograph signings after. I've been 3 years in a row be4 and Thomas came over every time along with 4-5 other guys who signed for atleast 10 minutes. Friday just the DBs came over and signed for i would say roughly 2 minutes then left. Although Crowder came over and signed for a good 20 minutes, he signed everyone that wanted one, and i was really impressed, he is now proably my favorite dolphin. Culpepper stayed in the VIP area the whole time, until after 5 minutes of the crowd chanting Duante! Duante! Duante! he came over signd like aobut 10 autographs then left.

Alll in all i liked what i seen from the team, and am really excited about this season! Can't wait til opening game.

Thanks good read. How did Welker look with the first team?I think Crowder is going to be a beast for years to come.

i think in all situations, our D line is better then our oline. I mean our starting d line is one of the top 3 in the league, so its obvious to say they could handle our o line startes. also, our second string d line and can handle our second string o line as well. i think overall the defensive line is just very talented.

Welker looked ok, didn't do anything that stood out that i can recall, he had 1 drop that i remember, but i really dont like him with the starting team, hes best suited for the slot.

Maybe Daunte didnt want to take a chance walking over and hurting his knee again:rolleyes:
