Ross and Nat Moore looked pretty tight and were assessing everything last night. The next Ozzie Newsome?

Does Nat have any personnel experience?

By the way, Jason Taylor needs to be considered for the next 'Football Czar' type position within this organization. I don't know if he will do a good job or a bad one, but here is what I do know:

He looked absolutely pained and disgusted last night at the end of that game. He cares. He is not going to come in as a mercenary to make a buck. He legitimately cares about what's going on here.

Great idea! I'm all for it....... JT should be involved

Would love it but it takes more than being a good football player to be a good GM but I'm game.

Nothing but a PR move IMO.

Notice also that several of these new "advisors" are black (Moore, Taylor, Martin, Dungy).

newsome was part of belicheats front office in cleveland i believe, he acquired his experience coming up through the ranks. i wish nat moore or jt could take over the dolphins but its a pipedream. get ready for scot pioli or even better yet a jeffy extension through 2016.

PR or not, JT at least has some legitimacy among the fans (despite parcels running him out of town and into the arms of the jets)

Let's get someone in here who knows what their doing instead.

Nat Moore can't even form a complete sentence.

What the heck does that have to do with anything? Are you racist? Is that why you bring it up? Are you offended that they're black?

He'd draft nothing but Florida Gators, and have another Tebow Day. Hell, he may even bring in Tebow as a new QB.

Agreed, hire a GM with personnel pedigree and a coach with experience.

But...

Steve Ross is not in the building every day. Steve Ross needs someone who WILL be in the building every day, who actually cares about the Miami Dolphins, who can be the face of the franchise, and who brings some respect back to the building. I think JT can be that guy more than Marino can.

It has to do with the fact that, IMO, Ross's highly-visible moves in the wake of the Martin situation likely have everything to do with PR. The 'N' word issue has to be offset by these moves in the public eye.
