Moore thinks that the first things guys like Roberto Wallace and Clyde Gates need to do is show a willingness to learn.

“They’ve got to hit the playbook,” Moore said. “They’ve got to show the coaches that, hey, if you put me in the game, you can trust me not to make a mental mistake, not to blow up the play.”

Of the less experienced receivers on the roster, Moore thinks that Marlon Moore could take the leap because he has good speed. But Nat cautions that there’s more subtlety to successfully playing the position.

Now we know why BM isn't here....we may be pleasantly surprised by some new comer or existing WR.

Lol I thought Matt Moore was talking receivers. 2 many Moores!

We got rid of BM to possibly see what we got? Hoping they don't blow up the play with mental errors?

That makes me feel comfortable...

Seems like Matt is really taking a leadership role

More like he's saying....my WR core isn't proven or experienced except my slot WR, but hey, here I can possibly start. So what I am I going to do, complain?

Because of the departure Brandon Marshall and the insertion of the West Coast offense, the quarterbacks should feel more comfortable spreading the football around. Instead of each guy worrying about himself, Moore thinks that the receivers –and the whole team — needs to focus on what they’re doing collectively.

“It’s got to be a total team concept versus the I, how I’m going to the get them,” Moore said. “No, how do we win on this play? How do we win on the next play?
Matt Moore talked about Coach Philbin stressing the word "teammate" on the first day of OTAs and the Packers offense under Philbin always stesses the best play concept.

Laughable....

All I got from this comment is that we have fast... but stupid young wide receivers..

What's laughable? Philbin stessing the word teammate or the Packers offense stressing the best play concept?

All great WRs have a give me ball attitude, BM was not a problem in the lockerroom. Outside, is a different story. Best play concept is wonderful with talent....not without.

I've never heard anything about BM being a bad teammate...the only thing was he said he would love a great QB at the helm at the probowl, which EVERYONE has been saying for years now.

I guess BM constantly throwing his QBs under the bus is not a problem? I guess BM thowing temper tantrums on the field and sometime costing the team 15 yards is not a problem. There is a reason BM was nicknamed Little T.O. BM did the same thing in Miami that he did in Denver, especially when he wasn't the focus of the offense early and often. How many times has Marshall disappeared from games when he wasn't getting the ball early in the 1st quarter?

Best play concept is ALWAYS wonderful and it shouldn't matter what your talent level is. If you put your players in position to maximize their effectiveness on any give play, then that play has a greater chance of success.

2 15 yard penalties? Besides the one time I said, where was another instance he threw his QB under bus?

You don't throw an elite WR away for nothing. He didn't disappear in many games at all....and he was a no doubt 1000 yard 80 reception WR yearly, something we haven't had in 2 decades.

Let's see how effective our terrible WR core is without BM getting double teamed.

We got rid of Bowel Movement because he is a selfish, foolish, egomaniac that cant stop hurting women. I dont care if we line up Wallace and Moore and suck, than have that rectum on the team...
