I can imagine someone at the slots, all happy playing a few games and then gun shots burst in the Casino and he goes running out  Just a funny image in my head. Just like Rush Hour 2...Happy one moment, screaming and running out the next.

WHAT exactly does this have to do with the NBA?

Look at the arrests made during Super Bowl week. Arrests were up during that weeks as well.

When you get more people in and around...you get more "action".

The title is misleading.

It reads as if NBA players were thugging it up in Vegas.

As if Vegas is like Disney World the rest of the year

300 arrestes more than normal over 1 weekend is alot, come on!! Esentially the NBA being in town brought out a new element of people or different element that caused trouble.

And the arrests were at
pxl_trans-1.gif
NBA releated festivies!! These weren't random acts at random hotels they were at NBA functions that were going on

Yeah but things are like that at every major event. When you get more people in a place more bad things are going to happen.

Just like Superbowl week.

Just spit out what you are getting at. You want Tim Hardaway to help you say it?

Vegas isnt known for its low crime rate. You can get reports of many shootings, robberies etc even when its not NBA _Allstar weekend.Just happens to be that the NBA was there this past weekend,so people have something to say.Actually not even widespread news.

It's the TOP HEADLINE on the Drudge Report :shakeno:

And turn on CNN it on there as well

So all of a sudden Vegas became a much worse place than it already was with crime because the NBA was there? You could turn on the same news there about every day.

Hey Mike, its all about the money and Stern has made plenty for all NBA owners.. The NBA isn't a bunch of saints, great we all knew this whats you point, neither is the NFL but I haven't ever heard you call the out the NFL thug life.. You always say its all about the money, well Stern has made people plenty of money, some trouble has come with it..

MikeO as usual, trying to blame it all on the NBA.

Yep, they're all THUGS!!!!!!!

Now tell me, which NBA players were shooting exactly? None.

This thread looks so hypocritical now..

Pacman Jones, an obvious NFL player, entered the club with the shooter. It's his boy.

So much about the NBA thug talk, huh?
