I've grown very tired of hearing about Penny's arm and ability, Henne is a bust, and White should never have been drafted.

Here's a thought for all these posters. GIVE US ANOTHER OPTION!!!

I am so FRAKIN sick of people taking shots at OUR players, with NO ALTERNATIVE OR OPTION.

IF ya wanna criticize, that's all well and good. There is a second part. Come up with something better or STFU!!!!!

They don't just want to criticize they want to be right. Because to some folks being right about what they post on a silly football message board is very important to them. Like it's lining them up for a future GM position LOL. If you research I guarantee you'll find the folks ragging on Penney's arm have made strong cases to start Henne this year at one point or another. If you research the posters picking on Henne's preseason performance you'll find they've made many points about why Penney should be the starter in 2009 and possibly 2010.

Me I could care less is player X came in and was better than all 3 of our QB's. Don't understand why people care about the name, just play who's best.

Anthony Morelli, ex-Penn State quarterback. Threw for more yards than anybody in PS history over two years. This guy is coaching high school quarterbacks right now looking for a break. I was a little caught up in the idea of an Italian kid from Pittsburg with the big arm and quick release becoming a Dolphin (remind you of anybody?) He was undrafted and signed with the 49ers, and cut after he threw a pick returned for a touchdown in preseason (08). Let’s bring him in man, it’s not going to cost you much!

We're going to be drafting QB's for a few more drafts. Penny is the guy and those rumours will persist with him for as long as he plays. I/m pleasantly suprised by White.. and a little disappointed in Henne.
 
I'm more concerned with Henne than maybe I ought be. I'm hoping his struggles are the result of our staff intentionally putting him in difficult situations, but he has struggled. I'm not in panic mode, just concerned. White's looked good, to me, in his action this preseason. I'm hoping to see a lot more of him this Thursday. Pennington is what he is.

I'm not elated with our QB situation, but I'm not sucking a barrel either.
 
I know before Henne even gets a shot let`s draft a QB in the 2nd round, or even better what ever backup plays this year for someone else let`s trade a 2nd round pick for them.
 
How about we waste another pick since Henne is a bust and Pat White should never have been drafted and Penningtion has a terrible arm? I would actually like to have Colt McCoy but that is just me.
 
Its funny, realizing Henne was having some growing problems possibly needing more time, I was pleasantly surprised to see Penny make a few nice throws, like the 40 yarder to Hartline that got called back, the deep out to Hartline he turned in for extra yards, the deep in to Ginn, then of course the roll out 50 yearder to Hartline. I thought Penny showed more arm than he has in the past few years. Then I come on here to see what everyone else thinks and all I read is how weak Penny's arm looked.

IMO Penny looks better than he has in a few years, and Henne just needs more time, like many other QBs in the past have needed to mature. To see the panic on here is laughable but yet disappointing because I realize fans all over are the same, and yes I am comparing our fans with NY fans, we all do the same thing, we all think (not all but you get the meaning) the grass is greener on the other side.
 
I think all 3 will give us a chance to win in different ways...All 3QB's are winners!
 

What do you think Colt Brennan would look like reunited with Davone Bess? I’d trade Jason back to Washington right now for that sixth round pick! Hey, you asked for names!
 
Coly McCoy is Chad Pennington with the arm prior to surgery and better wheels.
