Welker is another guy to add to that list. Traylor and Spragan signed a two year contract, so they won't be a FA after this season. The only guys that I want back are Schulters, Welker and Morris.

I may be wrong but I thought Welker signed an extension for a acouple years.

Welker isn't a FA after this year. He has another year left on his contract.

I thought that I read somewhere that he signed a two year contract last year. Oh well, I'm glad that we got him locked up for one more year.

Agreed.
From that list, I would take Glenn(for ST), Morris(ST and backup FB), Schulters and Thomas. Maybe even Gilmore depending on what we do in FA and the draft at the WR position.

Are you always negative about the players? Thomas has done a whole lot better at the nickle position, then Reggie "toast" Howard. We all know that the CB position is one of our weakest, but that doesn't mean that all of them are bad.

Aside Schulters and Morris the rest of that list is dead weight right now. Maybe Boston if he can get healthy and take another minimum contract cause he has upside.

Ace is correct. Kiwaukee has been a very solid nickel corner, just like he was with the Jags. I would have no problem bringing him back- Nick seems to like his aggressive style quite a bit.

Another Saban favorite is Brian Gilmore for ST. I have been very impressed with Glenn, he seems like the leader of the unit. Sammy Morris is an important player as well.

Resigning McKinney would be an interesting decision- he HAS played better, but he is still not all that great. I guess it will depend on whether LeCharles Bentley is available, or Greg Eslinger in the draft. Still, Seth has been pretty OK and the center is a very important yet tough position to learn.
