With the start of day 2 we trade down and pick up a 5th and select Charles Godfrey. What other postions of need do we need to address?????
 
I dont think we should have taken Henne. We need a shut down corner and a OLine. What round is Carl NIcks projected to go in. I think we will draft Grecco in the fourth.

I think you might be onto something there etown. I've been saying that if there are a few guys we like right now, we trade down a few spots, get a pick and then get the guy we wanted anyway. Getting back into the 5th would be nice, especially if we only have to drop a few spots and still get our guy we want.
 
Yes i agree! I think that we are trying to excelerate the rebuilding periond Parcells wants to win and win now. Look at all the signs trading for Fasano and Adoye (whatever it is) two guaranted starters and two needs filled. Trading for Lorenzo Booker to get back in the fourth because of the value in this draft. Its win or else! That is also what i think Parcells told Taylor
 
All this Taylor stuff is Media hype. Sparano and Taylor talk all the time! Sparano knows he has to coddle him.

Then it's a great thing your not in charge here in Miami.

Henne was a great choice and he fell right into our laps. Learn to love the pick and move on.

Godfrey or Conner should be our next choice. I'd prefer Conner but who knows what will happen.

I really like Godfrey....but if we trade down Godfrey will likely be gone. I can't believe the Pats took Tyrone Wheatley from Colorado....I went to CU and Wheatley has had about 2-3 surgeries on his wrist. He is great when he is healthy but they took a 4th round D-Back in the 2nd. :lol:
 
I have moved on its done with but i cant say im happy about it. We will end up trading him in a couple of seasons
 
We have to take Godfrey or Molden with #64 Nicks would be good too. They were all projected 2nd rounders. I dont think Godfrey will be there if we trade down Id like to trade Jt for 2 3rds or at least a 3rd and 4th Anthony Collins OT is still around also.BOttom line is we need Godfrey or Molden and we need another lineman I like Nicks but if we dont get a high 3rd in a trade we wont land him. We have to trade to get another 3rd so we can get a Nicks, Collins. If not Scheuing , McGlynn, Greco could be there at #115 but highly doubt it
 
There is a lot of Oline talent left but not a lot of CB's we must trade down and take Godfrey then with pick 115 John Grecco or BPA AT oline. RB or WR with the 5th pick in the trade. 6th pick Oline
