Need some info about additional tix to STH's

I am a first year season ticket holder, and want to know,

1) Does anyone know when they go on sale?
2) What is the price on them? Same as for season tickets, or individual prices.
3) What is the maximum number of tix you can buy?
4) Can you buy seats next to you or are they anywhere? Are there any lower levels?
5) Is it through account manager? The option of selling tix or emailing tix appears on my STH page, does it appear on yours?
Any other additional info would help
