2nd week in a row where Jay Ajayi averaged 8+ yds/carry, running with power & violence. But we only give it to him 5-6 times a game.

If we had more Jay Ajayi runs, it could reduce the pass rush that's breaking Tannehill's back.

Lazor is a TERRIBLE play-caller. It is sad

Ajayi had some great runs and then every carry after that was a horrible read. He had a buttfumble-worthy play where he ran right into the back of a lineman. He looked like a rookie and in the situation the team was in we couldn't afford to have him waste plays.

The reality is that both RB's need more work but they won't get it when poor defensive play out of the gate and offensive ineptitude put us behind early. I'm actually surprised and impressed that the running game still got as much work as it did and that the defense managed to keep us in the game to where it was still feasible.

Physical runners need the ball to get into a rhythm. They should have kept feeding it to him.

I think he's getting the perfect amount of carries. Lamar Miller is in beast mode past 5 weeks.

Miller wasn't in beast mode today. Solid in the pass game, not so much the run game. I thought it would've been a good day to get Ajayi a couple more touches, he seemed in rhythm running it and Miller didn't.

Need to ease him back him, he is obviously not ready. Might as well sit Parker for the next two games while we are at it.

What a mess at coaching staff.

How could Lazor not use Ajayji when they have a first and goal? Not one attempt at all.

Probably because when there weren't wide open holes he was running into his own offense more than he was finding space. Despite more ability to run with power when he has a lane, he is not the better short yardage runner right now because he showed poor decision making when there were a lot of bodies around the LOS.

That was one play and granted, he ran right into the o-lineman on that play. But it was one play...overall, he has been very good.

As much as Ajayji might be a potential feature-back for us in the future, he does come in with a history of knee problems. He should probably be played sparingly for now. Use him as a late game bruiser back.

What a mess of awful players who cant execute outside a small handfull. Its like one person blames the staff and everyone piles on. Defense wins this today plus landry. Tannehill just keeps holding the ball far to long.

Go and see how bradys line looked today. The dif is, brady makes plays under pressure. Tanny hangs on to long and gets sacked or a safety.

We are stuck with a ****ty oc who can't incorporate the talent of Ajayi into his offense because he is so ****ing stubborn with the shotgun nonsense.

This thread isn't about Tannehill, there are plenty of other threads you can go shovel that ****.
