My Stub hub tickets never arrived yesterday. I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve The issue. They assured me it would fixed by game time. They could never resolve it and gave me a refund. I drove to stadium and didn’t get to enjoy the tailgating because I was dealing with Stub Hub on phone.

what a disappointment. My daughter and I had dinner at brewery on river and watched first half there.

I am beginning to hear/read a lot of these stories about Stub Hub.

Recommendation to all:
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I've had similar issues with concerts. Unfortunately there are unscrupulous sellers that don't live up to their end of the transaction and at some point, you just need to get refunded and move to plan B.

Hopefully you went to the yard house or Holy Grail. Always a good time down there at the banks. One of the loudest road games I have experienced, rivaled the old
Metrodome when the vikings piped sound in.

Phins were very well represented. Met a family that flew from Idaho for it.

Anyone know how to post videos to site? or can we only post pics?
 
Aren’t tix available electronically these days?

i ran into something similar with Seatgeek where I bought the Dolphins Falcons in-season game and they kept sending me the Falcons preseason game tix electronically.

Tried to get corrected for months and they kept promising it would be fixed and I should not ask for refund until 4 hours before the game. I was incensed because I was traveling to Miami and had all the other arrangements set and paid for. No way I’m waiting for it to be last minute.

I gave up and did a credit card dispute to get refund. At that time, I also got better seats for less at Ticketmaster and they arrived instantly. Never going to use any other service again.

I’m racing the Grand Nationals in New Castle Indiana this weekend. So I had 2 hour drive from track to stadium only to find out we weren’t getting in. Refund doesn’t cover your wasted time and gas.
