New 2 round Scout.com mock

The new two round mock from Scout.com has Miami selecting :

Chris Long
Joe Flacco
Fred Davis

I like the thought of getting those 3 players though it would still leave us short on offensive linemen but I guess someone like Carl Nicks could still be on the board come the third round. Davis would be a good addition and would give the offense more firepower and a much needed safety valve for the QB.

Flacco would obviously be a long term solution to the age old QB issue. He has the size and arm, but would need 2 years to adjust to the jump in competition.

Long is the favoured pick by many at the moment and is a very safe pick. He comes from a Parcells breeding ground and has good bloodlines.

U hit the nail on the head when us said we didn't address the OT position with any of those 3 picks. Do people realize how BAD our Offensive Tackle situation . . . and OLine situations as a whole is?

I think if we take Chris Long first we have to take either an OL or a CB with our next pick....Flacco is tempting but too risky with the 32nd pick.

I think Miami will trade the 32 pick. OT will be adressed somewhere in the 2nd or 3rd round. If we trade pick #32 we might get all three of those players + an OT.

Drafting Long / Flacco would be an awesome start to bulling a new foundation on both sides of the ball. I like those first two picks...
