New alt uni's hinted at...

According to this November entry from the reliable Uni-Watch, it looks like the Dolphins are poised to introduce new alt uniforms for 2015...

It could just be an orange jersey, but who knows...considering this will be the team's 50th season, perhaps they will break out the original 1966 set.

This was posted a few months back. Probably going to be either Orange or a throw back. Either would be cool. I'd put my money on a throw back due to the 50th season.

It has to be a throwback and I'll buy one. Of course I've been buying Dolphin jerseys since the 1980s so if you own it long enough, it becomes a throwback, lol.

A team can only have one alternate uniform, for some teams their alt is a throwback...

[/COLOR]I've said it before in previous threads if a new alternate uni is released my feeling is that it will be the new blue that is used for some of the apparel

One thing to keep in mind about alts is, once a team introduces a set, they cannot change for five years....this would seem to be a strike against 1966 unis.

They will wear them at a big home last in the year with the playoffs on the line. That would be the ultimate gut punch for us. Sitting at 8-6 rocking throwbacks and laying an egg.

Throwback or Orange unis would be AWESOME. Even a grey. With it being the 50th, I'd say the throwback. Probably revealed on a Night game.
