I am not in favor of getting rid of our coach every 2 or 3 years, however with this one exception. If we gave Bill Cower a ton of money and full control of all football operations. his contract is up with the steelers at the end of the year. Him and Capers worked together in pittsburg he has a power back in Ronnie and Ricky. And maybe our team would play with intensity he wouldn't stand for this weak *** effort we give half the time. I know this is a looooong shot but with more flexiblity to sign FA and more money and full control might convice cower. I say bring COWER POWER to south Florida

there is no way this happens. wayne would still owe nick a ton of money. not happening.

I think a much better idea would just be to hire a real GM so Saban would be accountable for his decisions. This whole total control thing never works wether its running a football team or running a country you can never give any one person full control every person needs someone that forces them to be accountable for their actions.

I think it's too early to ditch Saban at this point. Yes we are losing but there's alot more things that are contributing to us loosing besides the coaching. I still don't agree with signing Dante but everyone makes mistakes and i want to see if Saban can fix them.

Don't we have Randy Mueller as GM?? Just without personnel decision authority, Saban has that I believe.

i am tired of changing coaches, saban is one of the five best coaches in the NFL, it takes time to change losing habits that have been here for five or six years, this franchise needs stability at QB and coach to move forwards and we are on our way, losing sucks but everyone deals with it, it is our turn now, so we need to gut it up as fans

How is Saban a top five coach. one 9-7 season and 1-5 start to his second year. I would say the jury is still out on Saban. Win a playoff game or Superbowl first.

yeah, cause it only took Cower 2 years to win a championship. ( or maybe it was like 12 years but thats just a minute detail)

Lovie Smith changed the losing habit of the bears in 2 seasons though...and 5-6 seasons is too long especially for a pro bowl qb,wr,and future pro bowl rb on offense, and former 1st round draft choice DTs, pro bowl DE......

12 seasons to win yes they did however play in a Super bowl and have made multiple trips to the AFC championship game before I will take that over no playoffs and drafting in the top five every other year.
