We've been dreaming about this for awhile. Long before the Dolphins launched their wireless site. We are few, free and can only do so much at a time. But we still ended up with something don't got. 
We believe that mobile devices are and will continue to become a very large part of the internet.
So for those of you with PDA's, Blackberry's, smartphones, or any other mobile device with a web browser, surf on over to http://www.finheaven.mobi and give her a test drive. :) You should be able to login, browse, post, check PMs, use the New Posts feature, etc.
NOTE: It's an intuitive interface. So if you click the link from your PC or laptop, you'll get the normal forums (with a few errors up top). But from your phone, you'll get something much different. :)
We're not sure just which devices will and will not work. Most everything should. If you get the normal-looking forums, your device isn't compatible. The good news is, this kind of thing is becoming standard on phones. And internet access is becoming part of a lot of standard phone plans.
Realize this is somewhat of a BETA. We're still going to tweak and add a few things (like a header that says "FinHeaven Forums"). But functionality-wise, it's pretty much done. And there will probably be a few things we don't bother fixing simply. We're only announcing it to Premium and VIP members for the time being.
Some of you may ask, "what's so great about that?"
Well, if you're stuck at the airport, in traffic, riding shotgun, bored in class :tongue:.....anywhere you have cell phone coverage, you can mosey on over to http://www.finheaven.mobi and surf the forums in a format much more conducive to smaller screens and slower speeds.
Simply put, we are one of the first big forums to venture into the mobile world. And that makes me proud.
