So I've always had my favorite Basketball team (Lakers) but have been forever a floater when it comes to football. Just rooting for certain teams in certain games etc, had a few favorites each year, and the pernnial teams I disliked...but never really had a favorite. In elementary school I was a big Raiders fan, but only because my sister's boyfriend liked them and I thought he was the coolest guy in the world, other than that I've never followed just one team. I was thinking this year I needed to settle on a favorite team...and was going to default to the Raiders, I mean no one could say they're much of a bandwagon choice after last year...
But after the draft I'm thinking the Dolphins might be it...I go to BYU and like John Beck I also served a mission in Portugal, went on a couple double/triple dates with him and some friends and had a Portuguese class with him as well. Needless to say I'm a big Beck fan. I'm a big fan of Ginn as well. When I heard they had both been drafted by Miami I thought it may be time to rethink things.
So hear I am...I'm not one to choose to follow a team and then ditch them once my favorite player is gone (like when my Lakers foolishly traded Shaq). So I'm checking out Dolphins forums etc...to see the crowds and figure out if this is the team for me...
