If you honestly feel that way then you are just trying to pass blame off of Flo and onto Grier.
Defensive backfield has every little toy Flo could dream up.

Brian Flores is incompetent. Brian Flores' ceiling as an NFL coach is defensive assistant. I'm on record as saying that and I won't back down.
However, Chris Grier is ultimately responsible, as he sucks as a GM and he hired his friend instead of someone actually capable of doing the job. Chris Grier should be fired... into the sun.
