Flores has to be fired or he needs a personalty transplant. We need to lure in a great young OC next year. No one wants to work with Flores.

Man, I don't know. He did some really weird crap with Wentz and Hurts during his last year. We don't need that sort stuff here. His team completely turned on him.
I still have hopes for Flores, but if Flo is gone... I would offer Kellen Moore (OC from Dallas) the HC position and bring in Wade Phillips as the "grizzled old veteran" presence and DC.

Forget coach. We need to hire a GD GM first. So fire everyone and start over. Get the best assistant GM in the league from a proven philosophy like the Bills did with Beane in 2017. Then the GM hires his guy.
Only hope is he dumb lucks into one. This is a guy who thought hiring mike tannenbaum was a good idea. Guy who not only tolerates incompetence but promotes it. (Grier ). Not to mention all his coaching hires since he’s been owner

Has Flores lost the team? (It sure seems like the defense based on their play yesterday)
If the team is still has faith in Flores he stays to complete the season. IF we can't win the next few winnable games then the answer is clear. If the offensive line continues to build on its improvement with Tua and if the defense can get it's $hit together then we might be able to string together a few wins.
