He ran a 4.98 forty yard dash. He's 6'4" 307 pounds of pure beast. He has one of the highest motors in the NFL. He is often doubled and tripled teamed and still finds a way to the football. Just imagine him as fullback I truly don't think anyone can stop him when we are in a 4th and 1 situation. That's when we truly need him. Miami tried last year with Earl Mitchell as FB and to be honest Suh would be more fun to watch. JJ Watt would play TE and grabbed a few TD passes. Adam Gase is smart if I was him I would definitely take a look at Suh as FB.

seeing how the D cant get off the field still, in the second half I cant see any more snaps for stuff like this...would be entertaining though.

one or two at most carries per game...why the h not give it a go. imagine him with a three yard start, his momentum would give a concussion to the tackler. Refrig Perry 2.0 baby

We tried this with Paul Soliai, and it was a disaster.

Just because someone is big & fast, doesn't mean that they're automatically good at blocking & catching.

btw #1: Earl Mitchell played fullback & tight end in college, so him playing fullback is not a big deal. He already had several years of experience in blocking & catching in high level competition.

btw #2: JJ Watt played tight end in college.

I worry about him playing so many snaps already but there's no doubt we need to do something for 3 and 1 and 4 and 1. What we've been doing hasn't worked in years. I'm pretty sure we all cringe when we go for it on 4 and short. Maybe QB sneak or something but these runs up the middle most of the time don't work for us.

Ozzy rules!!

Well, the draft analysis for Jay Ajayi said..

"..Ajayi has the ability to play all three downs while mashing in short yardage and near the goal line.."

I'd rather work with Ajayi on short yardage than throwing Suh into a completely new role.

the best FBs have never necessarily been the biggest/strongest/fastest guys, even the pure blockers. There is a lot of technique, even in run blocking. The only way these sorts of things work is if your plan is to just throw as many bodies into the line of scrimmage as possible, rugby scrum style.

I'm guessing you mean "The offense can't keep the D off the field" since that's basically what happened at Seattle. But yeah, not enough snaps happening yet for our offensive players, lets not start playing a defensive tackle on offense until the offense can actually rest the defense.

Do you mean in Madden or in real life?

I wouldn't risk Ndamukong Suh to injury but he could probably do it. However, another surprise consideration for FB is Jordan Phillips. We know that Jordan has extremely good hands and can catch the ball. Last year they even had him catching punts at practice (I'm not joking).

Earl Mitchell has seen some time at a fullback for Miami on offense, but I forget the last time he was used

we need to try something or punt because we fail more often than not or so it seems. Why Tannehill can't or won't do it is a mystery. Just call it before last play if possible and roll.

The concept originates from the notion that we cannot move the pile with our oline-which is true.
The problem is when you put a big fullback (Suh) behind an oline that will likely be stalemated, he will likely lose yards.
It was tried with Solai on several occasions, and that is exactly what happened.
Fix the oline and it will not matter who is carry the ball.
This oline has not gelled into a decent blocking oline, it may take 6 games, if it happens at all.
