How do you put pictures on side of your post and how do you win awards?

To post an avatar (picture by your name) to the the menu at the top and click on the "User CP" link. From there, you can find instructions to upload a custom avatar or use one of the Avatars provided by FinHeaven

Awards are earned for accomplishments or given when you belong to a group, like the VIP section
