We pick 13th and 48th in the 2025 draft. Not a plethora of early picks. Next pic is like 98, although we do have, I think, 3 pics in the 98-125 ish range. So what do we do now?
Fire Chris Greer?
Fire McDaniel?
Sign free agents? What are our positions of need?

Ross has already said McDaniel and Grier are returning.

We don't have any cap space to sign FAs and can't create a lot of cap space with cuts, only restructures killing the 2026 and 2027 caps.

Our positions of need are QB, OL, WR, TE (assuming Smythe is cut), RB (assuming Mostert is cut), DL, LB, CB and S. I'm not exaggerating. Basically we're ok with our Edge Rushers. We need something of everything else to some degree.

In terms of starters, we need two offensive guards, a wide receiver, two defensive linemen, an inside linebacker, a slot corner and two safeties.

Good luck Grier. Honestly, keeping these two and retooling this team is just delaying the inevitable and making the job harder for the two new saps in 12 months' time. Pathetic.

Ross said last night he is not going to fire Grier or McDaniel, so cross fingers Grier can get some good talent (Including/Especially interior players for the Line on both Offense and Defense), and McD can be better then he was this season.

Were supposed to get two 3rd round comp picks too.

There is no "next step" Miami will be stuck on the step they are currently on until someone (Ross) has the balls to change it all. Miami is about halfway up or down the stairs depending whether your one of those Aqua glass guys or Grey glass guys. Firmly at .500.

Do we get anything for Van Ginkel?

The guy became the Sack machine I said and knew he would become, but in Vike land.
I don’t think so. Cancelled out by our FA signings.
