49ers game today. This is during play in a 1 point game.

No wonder the game was close. How can the 49'ers be expected to score touchdowns if the fans aren't there to make them better? By throwing passes and running the ball? Please, we all know the only way a team scores is:

To be fair, that's easily the worst crowd shot I have ever seen from a pro football game, ever. That truly is pretty embarrassing.

That new stadium is supposed to be state of the art, but it's 40 miles down the peninsula from SF fans, further from Marin County and The East Bay fans. Been on BART a few times, but only locally and would be surprised if BART ran down to San Jose. On paper, the peninsula is well populated, affluent with great demographics, but it just might prove to be a mistake. Then again, maybe they outpriced everything believing the plush facilities justified that and now must rethink their pricing structure. :idk:

The Jerry Jones effect.

Cowboy stadium out in middle of nowhere.

Charging $75 for 'Stadium' parking 1-mile away.

You can tell the fans that attended were not regulars. Look at all the empty 50 yard line seats. After the first quarter any knowledgeable fan stuck in the cheap seats would have slid down closer to the action :chuckle:

I saw that too. That shot had to have been right after halftime. this is what it looked like in the 2nd qtr, after Johnson's TD, making it 13-10 SF going into the half.

NFL halftimes are too short. They should go back to 15 minutes. Early third quarter looks deserted at many stadiums throughout the league and particularly the ones that encourages fans to spend time and money at lounges and similar. When NBC ran a video tour of that stadium in the opener, it was obvious that's the emphasis in that stadium, as opposed to Seattle and fan involvement.

If you want to see an embarrassing crowd situation, wait for Saturday and the Canes game, with a noon home start against irrelevant Cincinnati. I guarantee ESPN and other networks will be running screen shots of how the stadium looks at the beginning of that game. South Florida fans are notoriously tardy for noon kickoffs to begin with, let alone after an embarrassing loss to Georgia Tech and with head coach Al Golden under fire. Many Canes sites are calling for fans to stay away in protest to force the firing of Golden.

I'll be at the game but at least one member of our party has already decided not to attend.

Hey, I'm with ya. I just thought I'd post it because we get people here ripping on the local fanbase all the time because of crowd shots of the stadium. Just thought that what's good for the goose... :)

Guess there were too busy having bathroom brawls vs each other.

A fan posted the video he took while in line for the men’s room at Levi’s Stadium Sunday. In the clip, a man in a Frank Gore shirt charges another wearing a Colin Kaepernick uniform. That man ends up on the ground, apparently unconscious. The man in the Gore jersey and another man are then seen knocking a second man to the ground and hitting him as he covered his head on the bathroom floor.

I do have to say i'm a little disappointed at the attempt of the "Aqua out" vs KC.

I was disappointed in paying to go to that abortion of a game as my first live dolphin game. Less fans should have shown up no offense
