NFL and Dion Jordan

Seeing that the training camp opens in 10 days I suspect the NFL will announce Jordan being reinstated in the next 48 to 72 hours. Has anybody heard in recent rumblings or rumors?

They should be close to the 45 day deadline. Applied June 1st. I believe the 45th day would be this Saturday so probably by COB Friday.

They get up to 2 months to make a ruling, he could miss the beginning of camp since he didn't put in until June.

I get the feeling the league would want to hold off making an announcement right up until the start of camp so the player doesn't have a week or two of alone time to go celebrate.

I can't see them being worried about that. He will still have to pass drug tests up to 15 per month I believe. If anything ownership has requested an early ruling so they can get him into camp day 1 and decide what to do about roster bonus.

That in itself would be enough for me, if I were with the NFL, to want to wait and do a final drug screening in mid-late July before granting the reinstatement.

I'm hearing Jordan looks like a "brand new" Dion who has had a remarkable turnaround. "Dion is doing great." Training camp starts 7/29.

Im chillin on the way to the Blue Hole on a ship excursion in Jamaica and I am with a "not from Oakland and not under 40" group of people and I was the only one who was serious about handing the guy a 20. Didn't want the rest of the trip to be awkward though so my wife was like chill.

Was different from what I am used to seeing.
