NFL.com still has Tannehill in 'Tier Mediocre' on QB Index

Sam Bradford is bonafide insulting - the rest, one could make an argument

I mean, he should at least be in the same tier as those guys, but somehow he is just a shade above the bottom of the barrel tier. They have him ranked 24 out of 32 QBs.

I think it's pretty fair - especially Cousins, Winston, Mariota, Dalton - a case could be made for Cousins to be above the others in my opinion

The guy had Aaron Rodgers rated 9th last year. Enough said.

People are celebrating Bradford "mastering" a remedial offense.

Greg Rosenthal. He might be a Jets fan which could explain the hate for Tannehill.

All of the guys from "around the NFL" are Jets or Pats fans, a lot of hate for the fins in that group.

I'm glad I read the article because I was upset at first. Then we have context if you look at who else is on that list you can't be mad. Also let me honest Ryan regressed in 2015 he is by far having his best season as pro! Let's see what he can do next year! 2 good seasons doesn't vs 3 mediocre seasons = Mediocre.

Tier mediocre
21) Joe Flacco, Baltimore Ravens (2015: 18)

22) Trevor Siemian, Denver Broncos (2015: N/A)

23) Eli Manning, New York Giants (2015: 12)

24) Ryan Tannehill, Miami Dolphins (2015: 26)

25) Carson Wentz, Philadelphia Eagles (2015: N/A)

One word: Coaching

All I can say is once a narrative is established, it's hard to change, even when a player actively does just about everything to change it. It's ridiculous.
