This is what will happen. The report will say that Martin had a "hostile working environment". However, the team did not know what was happening so hence it did not respond. Players will be fined. A compromise will happen with Martin and he will be released. Ireland will be the lamb sacrifice. Joe is 50/50 to return. I say he does because Ross loves his pick (should have been McCoy) and is too proud to can him.
