Hey Guys...NFL Live is on right now on ESPN. They're talking about Culpepper's miracle comeback that he's been through all the teams mandatory and non mandatory workouts. I hope he gets comeback player of the year! Then he can shut all the haters up :)

Also, they were talking about how Harrington has the weight off his shoulders and he should do much better this year if he's given the opportunity to play.

hey just watchin it too. yeah i think John Clayton is quickly becoming a Culpepper fan, just watching him talk about him always gets me pumped, always positive and always knowing what hes talking about. he said he looked like the old Daunte Culpepper. wow i cant wait to watch the dolphins

It wasnt NFL Live talkin about culpepper it was Clayton...everyone else on NFL Live hates the dolphins

no, they were all big on miami. they were all actually pumping up harrington. Why? i don't really know, but they were.

Culpepper is looking like the steal of the century.

If Culpepper is healthy he is amongst a small group of elite QB's in todays NFL. IMO he was the biggest piece missing from Nick Saben's puzzle. Elite QB's don't grow on trees. IMO it was a miracle this guy fell right into our laps.

Harrington added quality depth to the QB position and we didn't have to give up much to aquire him.

Who knows what a change of scenery might do for him.

u just proved my point... they only went on harrington and not culpepper.... i know he's a decent QB..but cmon! i wouldnt call these guys experts after putting the Ravens on a playoffs spot with steve mcnair!! The guy keeps getting benched in Tennesee what makes them think that McNair will give them a playoff spot?

Yeah someone look up who his early prediction to win the SB was last year...prolly the Redskins or something like that. I wouldnt read too much into that.

It is however good to hear us getting some respect out there. The praise be POURING in when Culpepper hits a deep pass or two in preseason. With the offseason improvements to the coaching staff, impact positions and overall swager we could be poised to make a lateseason push like last year when all the new pieces start to gel together. And as long as we can hold it together in the early going and make it into the playoffs we have a real good shot at really making this prediction a reality. I think the Steelers proved last year that you dont need to have a first round bye or to even win your division to be a dominant factor in the playoffs. The Phins are a good dark horse pick for 06.

Is coach Ditka still on NFL live ? he's the only one who will tell it like it is. They need more people who know too much about football to bother being politically correct or crying for attention.
When Da coach speaks... I listen. They should give da coach his own show called "Shut up and Listen" in which he can chew gum talk to the audience like we're Buddy Ryan. No scripts.... pure Ditka. Thats a real sports show.

This is the biggest thing you have to think of...is Harrington an upgrade to Rosenfels...yes..of course he is...anything better than what we had last year is good to me. Joey may not even play this season if c-pep stays healthy all year...but all in all this is better than what we had last year...:)
