NFL Network to release 2009 schedule soon

They just said on the NFL Network after the show featuring the 2001 Patriots season to stay tuned for the 2009 schedule release coming soon. It was fairly vague but it seemed to suggest that this was to be on today's programming. Hopefully I am not completely wrong on this but I don't know why else they would say this.
 
It was weird that they would say that like it was coming up soon, like they had an idea about when it was being released but I guess that is TV my dumb*** is still watching.
 
I haven't heard anything solid, but I believe the release show for the schedule will be April 14th.

EDIT: There you go, Adam First confirms my gut feeling.

"I told you I would take it out soon, The NFL Network redifined the word to mean within the next two weeks, or even later in some cases, sorry I didn't let you know we should try to communicate better".

They had the same thing last week during NFL total access.... It said "coming soon" I hope it's this coming week
 
I hope the Steelers/Dolphins game is prime time. I want a Sunday Night game down here so bad.
 
If ESPN has it the 14th do you think NFLN will release it earlier? I've been watching NFLN and they claim that the "Schedule release show" is exclusive to the NFLN. Just a hunch.

Both networks will release it at the same time. That is the way it has always been.
 
I still have last year's schedule hanging up in my office and another one on the fridge. It was such a special season after being so bad for so long I couldn't take the schedule down after the season was over. This is the first schedule in years that hasn't gotten ripped up in a Sunday afternoon tantrum:lol: Last year I couldn't believe a schedule had actually made it into November:lol: I hope I don't start confusing 08 and 09 when I hang up the new season:D
 
My Possible 2009 Schedule: (Just what I think OK) Not Official in anyway. But we can all go back and look at it when they announce it soon. (just for fun) Take a looksie.

September 13 - Dolphins at Jaguars
September 20 - Saints at DOLPHINS
September 27 - Dolphins at Jets
October 4 - Dolphins at Falcons
October 12 - Steelers at DOLPHINS (MNF)
October 18 - BYE
October 25 - Dolphins at Panthers (SNF)
November 1 - Patriots at DOLPHINS
November 8 - Bills at DOLPHINS
November 15 - Dolphins at Chargers
November 22 - Colts at DOLPHINS
November 30 - Dolphins at Titans (MNF)
December 6 - Bucs at DOLPHINS
December 13 - Texans at DOLPHINS
December 20 - Dolphins at Patriots
December 26 - Dolphins at Bills (SAT)
January 3 - JETS at DOLPHINS

I think it's the Jags week 1.

This will be announced on Wednesday April 14th. No doubt. Last year it was the 13th.

I just need to know when the @ Jets and @ Bills games are. I'm going to do whatever I can to get to those games.
