(June 19, 2006) -- NFL Network announced the completion of 75 affiliation agreements with cable companies to carry the 24-hour, year-round football channel from the National Football League -- including the rights to air its primetime regular season games this fall.



does anyone know which affiliates are picking it up?? the storys almost 2 weeks old there has to be some word on whos gonna get it.....im in an apt in tampa so cant get a dish but i want my nfl network!!!
 
I am sure Comcast and Adelphia will also be getting it. Hope to have DirecTV in August...gotta save my $$$ for the Ticket. :D

i'm sure you have but you might want to doublecheck on their dish rules. according to fcc (if i read it correctly a while back), you can't be refused from having the service installed as long as you don't make permanent fixtures to the building. now if your apt doesn't have a balcony and you're not facing the southern skies then you're sol. what i used to hold my dish is a bucket filled with cement with a 6-ft pole sticking out of it. it's held for 2+ years now and nothing is permanent, no modifications to my apt.
 
adelphia has it already, but just on digital cable. i had to buy a box to get it...would be happy to have it on classic cable

I fellow Kentuckian. Intersting. The Dish is the only way to go for people like us.

Comcast only has it on their digital package currently...such a pain in the ***
