OVERALL ANALYSIS At some point, folks are going to admit that the Miami Dolphins were overrated to begin 2006. They'll concede that their six-game winning streak to end 2005 was built on the back of mostly poor opponents, that Culpepper has not regained his previous Pro Bowl form, and that the offensive line and secondary were not properly upgraded in the offseason. When this admission arrives will depend on how long the Dolphins stick around in the AFC East race, and that ability to endure will be predicated on the team's knack for beating bottom- flight teams like the Texans. We predict that NFL observers will give up the ghost in regard to the Dolphins on Sunday afternoon. The Texans aren't a good football team, but they surely realize that Week 4, which precedes an open date and games against the Cowboys and Jaguars, represents their best chance at a win for a while. Look for Houston to force Culpepper into a couple of mistakes, take advantage of some short fields, and give Kubiak win number one of his NFL head coaching career. Sports Network Predicted Outcome: Texans 16, Dolphins 14
