I know they were just trying to do what was best. But they should have waited to see hwat Wilma was going to. This the decision screws the fans. It screws the Chiefs. And it screws the Dolphins. If I were the Chiefs and Dolphins brass, I would just tell the league we are playing on Sunday. It's the right thing to do.
The NFL has really looked bad on a couple of occasions this season.

Yeah, I posted it earlier, it looks as if it will hit on Monday, but they did the right thing, you never know.

I'm not that mad about it anymore. If it is anything like the evacuations from Houston they are going to need the time...

It's that kind of thinking that hurt so many people in New Orleans and in the US in general. It ain't gonna hit now, we'll be alright. You know, I'd rather have the game moved to tonight and protect the players and their families rather than being concerned about the fans desire to be able to see the game. You'd feel pretty bad I think if the NFL didnt reschedule the game because the hurricane isn't forcasted to hit on Monday or Tuesday morning, they played the game as scheduled then the hurricane would pick up speed and hit Miami with little to no time for the players and citizens of Miami to evacuate. Hell, you might even jump on the liberal bandwagon and blame President Bush during the aftermath.

i had a feeling that post would turn political before it was halfway over. would he have even posted it if not for the last part? hmmm...

anyway, you can't predict hurricanes. the NFL is doing what's important, in making sure that everyone is safe. i know you want to watch a game of football, but there are some more important things

even if it hits on monday it is still better to get the game out of the way sooner and get both teams back to there families safely
