NFL reimburses Saints for London Game

I dont remember hearing anything about the fins getting money back, so why the hell should the saints.

If the NFL really felt that bad about it, they shouldnt taken away a Saints home game.

It sounds to me that the NFL picked the teams to go, then after the fact, got a ton of **** for sending the saints, so they had to throw them a bone to shut up. The saints got to keep their team in N.O. they should be happy with that.

The Fins SHOULD get lawyers involved to get some money back.

The NFL cant just decide that X team should get money back and Y team should not, when both did the exact same thing.

I hate teh fins, but thats complete crap.

Does this love for the Phins have anyhting to do woth the Bills playing 8 games in Toronto??

No. The bills lose 1 home game, but hope to make up for it with an expanded market base which "should" bring in more money for the Bills. I have no problem with that.

As I said before, I hate the fins, but thats beside the point.

My point is that the NFL can not give the Saints money for doing exactly what other teams have done.

Also, it sounds like the NFL is giving the Saints organization the money, not the town. I hate the idea all together, but atleast give it to the town, rather than a multi-million dollar organization.
 
New Orleans is a rebuilding city that needs the cash Miami isn't. NO needs that revenue to help rebuild after the hurricanes.
