I wanted to post this list to point out that since the year 2000, 8 (technically) 7 but the 99 rams is close enough because the season ended in 2000 for them, out of 10 teams, that with the right front office and personnel moves, turning a team around in one offseason is not unheard of or anything close to impossible. This is in direct opposition to a post from Hayden Fox saying that this process takes years to see any fruit from the labor. Sorry Hayden, don't mean to pick on you, I just feel that we have waited so damn long for things to turn around on this team that no one wants to wait the arbitrary years for a turn around. Point being, if Ross would just quit ****ing around and find a competent football person who can put together a great staff to finally fix things, we can finally leave this history of pure patheticness in the rear view. Check out #8, it's ours truly!!

Anything possible but this team needs to get its house in order first. Too man cooks (who don't know how to cook) in the kitchen. On top of that a clueless owner.

Unfortunately coaches aren't given time anymore to put in place their philosophies. 10-15 yrs ago coaches had 2-3 years, but with social media these days and regular media looking for any chance to bring down someone, coaches have to produce right away or get fired due to fan/media pressure. It's happening all over the league. Look at Del Rio, got the Jags to the playoffs multiple times and was always in the race - but he ended up getting fired because he couldn't get them to the promised land. And since then the Jaguars have been the laughing stock of the league.

He's not the only one, look at Coughlin. Wins 2 SBs in the past 8 years and now is going to get fired/resign due to fan and media pressure.

These days coaches have to produce in their first year or they get canned. Its not fair, but until ownership is willing to block out the noise its just going to keep on happening.

Common factor is a franchise qb. Can RT be that over night?
