Problem is Grier won’t make trades that are necessary but ensure we punt the season. That’s why he should be fired and an interim put in place for the fire sale. Flores is a lame duck so it shouldn’t matter what his take is. Ross needs to do what is best for this franchise and make the GM and HC job as attractive as possible. Getting more picks and having cap space would do that

Only trade those you dont plan to resign. Trading won't fix the team but a few more picks won't hurt. GM has to go unless we go at least 6-5 for the rest of the year. That will be the measuring stick. GM needs to meet with Owner to tell him how the OL will be improved this year and next. Minimum solid veteran starter via FA and solid OT in first round. GM will need to explain why the current criteria for signing and drafting players is not working and how that will change. If no answer then let the firing begin.
