There is a player that I think the Dolphins should target. A. J. Klein MLB for the Carolina Panthers. This guy played great when Luke Kuechly was out with a concussion. Klein is also in the final year of his contract and this would give the panthers a chance to get something for him, while he would be an upgrade for the Dolphins as well.

No point of trading anybody right now. We're not a playoff team. Another team's backup linebacker isn't going to make us one.
 
Our LB's and OLine just blow right now with injuries and lack of talent. I just am not wanting to give up draft picks when we have as many needs as we have, and i don't think we have too much talent or guys we can afford to trade away, unless we want to clear up cap space for guys we are not going to keep around. This is what happens when you finish around 8-8 every year....you don't get the elite top five talent.
 
We are sellers not buyers at this point. Any GM dumb enough to give us something good for RT?
 
Even though he is in the last year of his contract it would give the Dolphins a chance to extend him before he hit the open market. We might be able to get away with not trading draft picks also. The panthers are in great need of a WR. Stinking Ted Ginn is there best receiver. Maybe a guy like Matthews would do it.

Trading our best receiver makes no sense.
 
Man, we are going to be dumping assets in the off-season, already. We went all in this year and there's barely a future to mortgage at this point. I would not make any trades unless we could get a true fans changer and that's not going to happen. Maybe we can get Tamba Hali for a late round pick but even he's not enough.
 
I'm near Charlotte and I like Klein a lot. I doubt they'd move him but I'd offer Jennings. Ginn is their top WR, and they're making a push this year. they might bite on that.
 
Jennings for Klein sounds good to me. Doubt they'd take that though.
 
We need to dump players, not trade picks. Season is pretty much over.
