Hmmmm....... Interesting .

Unfortunately this is from Omar who is the equivalent of a talking turd ... But ... Let's see what this leads to
 
Their secondary wasn't all that great last year so I wonder what player is he talking about. Probably just typical Omar non sense without a credible source
 
They have at least 6 free agents that they signed this year at DB... So those are obviously not the ones we're looking at (I freaking hope not).. That drops Jenkins, Maxwell, Thurmond, Maragos, Couplin and Prosinski. Oh and we're definitely not trading for Nolan Carroll :lol:

That leaves corners; Jaylen Watkins and Brandon Boykins.

At Safety; Earl Wolff and Ed Reynolds.


It's one of those guys IF true.
 
It might not really be in those positions. I'd like Mychal Kendricks... heck even DeMeco Ryans.
 
Brandon Boykin is the only player who makes the slightest bit of sense...like the article says. And they couldn't hope to get much for him...fourth round pick in 2012 - free agent next year.

Wait.... could they be trying to move up and we're looking to move down? Could Boykins or Watkins and one of their draft picks be what that makes that trade go down?

I would be happy with that. Both are 22, 24. Super young with experience (Boykins being the more talented of the 2, of course). I like this rumor's potential....
 
I think if the Fins are trading the Eagles for anyone it would be Mathis at G, for a lower round pick, if they go MLB, CB or WR in the first 2 rounds.

Throw in Evan Mathis and you got a deal.
 
I think they really want to move up and they have some pieces we want.. This trade has been brewing for a while (Jordan, Mathis etc.)

How about our 14th pick for their 20th, Boykins and a 3rd? Is that too much value for us... It sounds fair.
