Not sure how much this really means in terms of who happens to be on the field for the first play. What I think it does mean is that someone (Sparano) obviously felt like sending a bit of a message to a certain 9th overall first round pick. Nice to see our FO continuing to hold folks accountable. Frankly, there are some teams where it doesn't matter how much you suck, if you are the starter then you just stay the starter.
