Hey remember how mad you would get at me when I told you Henne was not going to be a good qb? Welcome to the dark side! Oh and Columbo is more cowboy trash dumped on our lawn!
 
I don't really know much about Columbo myself, but I did ask a dude I work with who's a huge Dallas fan about him. He said that if you look at last years numbers on him it's very misleading. Apparently the guy was playing with multiple injuries all year, leg injury, arm injury, etc. If he is healthy he's a solid RT that could push for the starting line up. The guy was basically playing most of the year on one leg with one arm.... That being said, with the current rumors about cutting Carey if he doesn't restructure, we could be looking at Columbo as our starting RT this year.

Again, I don't know jack about the guy. This is coming from a Dallas fan who was disappointed to see him go.... Take it for what it is.

Being a Cowboy fan i can say this,he is one tough sob and before last season he
was awesome.If he is healthy you'll be glad he's here.
 
I was fine with the Columbo signing if he was brought here for depth and competition, but if the front office plans to cut Carey to save money and plan to start Columbo, that's a huge gamble to say the least. Columbo's a big body, but he's older and injury prone. Carey's had his issues, but RT should be one of our least concerns right now. And if we lose Carey, there better be a damn good player coming to Miami to make up for it...

I have several friends who are avid Bears fans and joked to me about getting their 1st round bust in Columbo and possibly Orton. Though, I told them Orton would be an upgrade, and they agreed. They didn't mind Orton so much. They hated Grossman. Fortunately, the Bears are having one of the ugliest offseasons I've ever seen, so they couldn't say so much about my Fins. They signed a punter to a 5 year deal out of nowhere, signed Roy Williams, traded Olsen for a 3rd and picked up Marion Barber even though runningback is not a big concern. Their o-line needs the help. Oh, and they paid Vernon Gholston money to play football for them. Stupid.

You do realize don't you, that for all intents and purposes, JT is Jets' trash who would have re-upped there in a heartbeat if not discarded like a used Tampon, eh?

I'm torn on JT because that fat piece of trash Parcells was out to get him from the minute the ink dried on the extortion/ransom deal he called a contract!
