ALSO....So since the 49ers have to forfeit their pick, are they completely out of the 1st round or do they just drop "x" amount of slots? If they drop out of the 1st round completely doesn't that essentially help out the Fins because that is one more player still on the board when we pick again?

the 49ers forfeited their 5th round not their 1st, and they swap with the bears in the 3rd (pick 12th instead of 7th)

they are picking at 29 in the 1st round (colts pick) as the patriots have their 7th
